A2A conformance claims stop at the evidence.
Inspect the frozen official TCK input, audited compatibility patch, exact HTTP+JSON and JSON-RPC result, and excluded surfaces.
Exact result
| Outcome | Count |
|---|---|
| Collected | 265 |
| Passed | 177 |
| Declared skipped | 88 |
| Failed / errors / xfails | 0 / 0 / 0 |
The per-surface report records Agent Card 10/10, JSON-RPC
94/101 with seven skips, and HTTP+JSON 91/96 with
five skips. Other skips primarily cover unconfigured gRPC and mutually exclusive
capability branches. Skips are not counted as passes.

uv 0.11.25, the committed TCK lockfile under--frozen, and Rust1.88.0. - No expected-failures file; an independent verifier rejects drift or a critical skipped case.
The verifier requires executed caching, unknown-field, streaming, multi-subscriber, push-authentication, extended-card, HTTP error, and JSON-RPC SSE cases. CI uploads the complete HTML, JSON, XML, summary, and server log even when the run fails.
Audit the harness patch
The pinned TCK omits the already-defined expected error metadata for
CORE-SEND-003 and serializes several JSON-RPC parameters with Python
snake-case names instead of A2A camel-case wire names. The committed patch corrects
metadata and request serialization only; it does not weaken assertions, remove
tests, or add expected failures. The first defect is tracked in upstream issue #202.

The TCK also prints a 78.8% aggregate over its complete requirement
and transport inventory, including unconfigured gRPC and non-applicable branches.
StateKnot preserves that raw output alongside the exact test counts instead
of presenting it as 100% certification. Read the
production service obligations and the separate
